David E. Dennis David is a strong, multi-lingual, results oriented entrepreneur with twenty years of sales and management experience. David is a partner in IRA Asset Exchange, LLC and the President of The Real Estate Center, established in December 2003. A vertical real estate business specializing in investment property, The Real Estate Center provides resources for many different levels of Investors. These resources can leverage purchasing power and business contacts to maximize profits through careful evaluation and strategic execution of investment practices.

In June 1997 David started D-QUAD Properties to manage real estate investments in the North Texas area. This business entails renovation planning and execution, leasing, financing strategies, vendor management, and customer relations. The company has built a portfolio of multifamily and commercial real estate assets currently worth over eleven million dollars. As a Real Estate Investor, David's goal is twofold - to build equity through renovation/cash flow enhancement and to leverage this equity growth into further acquisitions. D-QUAD Properties has built a strong network of landowners, brokers, bankers, developers, and builder investors in the North Texas market. David graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant management in 1991. He was a Food and Beverage Director for Club Corporation of America from 1991 to 1992 and General Manager for The Black-Eyed Pea from 1992 to 1999. Born in Florida, David has lived in Georgia, Illinois, and even West Germany but has established his deepest roots here in Texas, where he enjoyed scouting and became an Eagle Scout. David is married to Deborah and they have two daughters and a son.
